Cancellation Policy
By scheduling an appointment online, you agree that you have read and understand the following Cancellation Policy:
- 24-hour advance notice required for cancellation.
- Same Day Cancellation will require 50% payment of any/all scheduled service(s).
- A No Call/No Show will require full payment of any/all scheduled service(s).
- Any outstanding invoice(s) must be paid in before a client has scheduling privileges reinstated.
- (3) Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will result in the revocation of all scheduling privileges.
We understand that emergencies can arise, people get sick, and so on. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with compassion and understanding. However, you must actively communicate the emergency to us so that we can assist you.
Forms
Please watch your email for forms that need to be completed before your appointment date. Completing your forms before your appointment allows us to start your service on time and maximize your relaxation.
If you are unable to complete your forms online, please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to allow time to complete forms before your service begins.
Payment Options
Although the online booking form will require you to add your credit card, upon checking out on the day of your appointment, you will be able to use whichever payment method you prefer – credit card, Lake Anna Spa gift card, or cash. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
To avoid credit card fees, we recommend paying with a debit card or in cash.
Join the Waitlist
Please note that when you click “Join the Waitlist,” you will be added to our Waitlist in case we have any cancellations. If we do have a cancellation, we will contact those on the Waitlist to let them know of the available appointment.
Please note that joining the Wait List does not guarantee an appointment on the day or days you selected. You will be notified IF an appointment becomes available for you.
Sick Policy
If you are showing any signs of illness, we request that you reschedule your appointment. We know that getting sick can be challenging, and sometimes it’s hard to determine if we are ill or if it’s due to allergies. Please respect our therapists and our at-risk clientele by making a smart call to protect those around you. Oftentimes, receiving our services while just getting sick can actually make you much sicker, much faster, since Massage and similar services affect the lymphatic system.Children Policy
While we welcome older children, those under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service.
We understand that it can be challenging to balance self-care and being a parent; however, bringing young children into the spa can create disturbances for other guests and also prevent your therapist from performing their service to the best of their abilities. Please be kind and courteous to others and leave them at home with a trusted sitter or guardian.
If children under the age of 16 are receiving a service, a parent or guardian must stay at Journey for the duration of the child’s service. Thank you for helping us create a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone.
Start Time Adjustment
After you schedule your appointment online, our Spa Coordinators may contact you via text or email to ask if we can adjust your start time by up to 30 minutes to serve you better. Our goal is to maximize the schedule and assure you the best possible timing for you and your therapist.
If you don’t hear from our team, please assume that the time you scheduled is perfect
